Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant census related
work in Electricity
sector
- Should have strong communication and
interpersonal skills
- Should have conflict management skills
- Should have strong planning and monitoring
skills
- Should be able to coordinate and organize
census reports
Job Description:
- Oversee and review all aspects of fieldwork
on a daily
basis
- Coordinate field work between Census Manager,
field staff, field supervisor and contractor
- Supervise team supervisors and field workers
on a daily basis
- Ensure equipment is working properly
- Resolve field issue and guide field teams
regarding any queries
- Establish timeframe for field work
- Resolve questions from participants
- Perform any other task assigned by Census
Manager

knowing Pashto language will be given preference.
