Type: Three Years Renewable Contract
Job Description:
Reporting
to General Manager the incumbent shall be responsible for the
following:
1. Monitoring the process of
situation analysis and poverty targeting in allocated districts.
2. Monitoring the process of
organization of households into Community Organizations and Village
Organizations through field based social mobilization teams and
district management teams.
3. Monitoring the processes of
growth into higher-level community institutions, including clustering of
VOs at the union council (UC) level.
4. Keep close coordination
with different organizational sectors in order to ensure proper program,
integration at all levels.
5. To conduct the appraisal
visits and review and monitor the progress of Partner organizations.
6. Conducting the quarterly
monitoring visits of the Partner Organizations in order to review the
progress and formulating and submission of back to office reports to
management.
7. Preparation of Financing
agreements and their further processing.
8. Initial review of Statement
of Expenditures and forwarding the same to finance unit for detail review.
9. Facilitating
the Partner Organizations in operations through frequent visits and email
correspondence.

Required Qualification:
Master or
Bachelor’s (Hounors) degree in Economics, or relevant field from the
HEC recognized institute or International
university.
Job Experience:
1. Minimum 2 years of working
experience.
